All passengers must present their original, valid passports to board. Passports must remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the cruise return date.

As every cruise passenger must occupy a bed, you must select a 2-, 3-, or 4-person cabin based on the number of passengers.

Infant fare: Infants aged 6 months to under 2 years qualify for the infant fare only when staying in the same cabin as two adults in a 3- or 4-person room. The cruise service fee is waived.

If the third or fourth passenger in a cabin is an infant aged 6 months to under 2 years, submit the booking number and the infant’s name via the official LINE (@asiayo.com) by 14 days before departure. A refund will be processed after verification.

If the fare for the third or fourth passenger on the sailing is lower than the infant fare, no refund will be provided.

As the system cannot process this automatically, passengers must apply for the refund themselves even after submitting their passport documents.

Passengers under 18 cannot travel alone. Each cabin must include at least one adult aged 18 or over.

Pregnant passengers may board only if they are less than 24 weeks pregnant on the boarding date.

Passengers with disabilities must be able to care for themselves or travel with a companion who can assist them throughout the trip. Any required medication must be brought by the passenger.

The cruise has a medical room and medical staff. Reasonable medical fees will apply if treatment is required during the cruise.

Immigration and entry/exit regulations related to military service are subject to government agencies and applicable laws.

The fares apply only to passengers holding Taiwan passports. Passengers holding foreign passports must submit a copy of an employment certificate or residence permit when booking to receive the discount.

Visa and immigration regulations may change. Check with the relevant embassy or representative office before departure. Final entry requirements are subject to announcements by the government of the destination country.

To secure your booking and associated benefits, you must pay the cabin reservation amount and provide an accurate passenger list, including passport copies, when entering into the contract.

A limited number of 3- and 4-person cabins are available. However, extra beds cannot be added to any cabin, so confirm the number of passengers when booking. Cabin changes are not permitted after the booking is completed.; Passport Information; Before booking, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months. You must submit a scan of the original passport at least 60 days before departure. (For bookings made within 60 days of departure, valid passport details must be provided promptly.); Booking Information and Important Notes; Fares apply only to holders of Taiwan passports. Foreign passport holders must submit a copy of an employment certificate or residence permit when booking to qualify for the discount.

To confirm a booking and protect both parties’ interests, travelers must pay a deposit and provide an accurate passenger list, including passport copies.

The actual cabin reservation is subject to the cruise company’s confirmation. If the cabin is fully booked or the reservation cannot be completed—including cases where the requested cabin type is unavailable or cabin benefits change—the travel agency will issue a full, interest-free refund of the deposit paid.

Once our staff confirms that the assigned cabin has been secured, the contract is considered concluded. After that, travelers may not request changes or cancellations at their discretion, and cancellation or change fees will apply to the deposit in accordance with the contract terms.

If the cruise company reports a shortage of cabins during the booking process, the cabin category may be changed with the passenger’s consent. Any fare difference will be refunded for a downgrade, while the passenger must pay the difference for an upgrade.; Cost and Itinerary Changes; The cruise operator reserves the right to change or cancel the route, schedule, ship, or price without prior notice in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or severe weather.

If the cruise or shore excursion schedule is canceled due to environmental factors, the refund amount will be determined according to the cruise company’s official policy.

Arrival times at each port may be adjusted based on the actual sailing time, and no prior notice will be provided for schedule changes.; Cabin Booking, Change, and Cancellation Policy; When booking through an agent, passengers must pay a deposit to secure their cabin reservation.

If the deposit and balance are not paid by the applicable deadlines, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel the cabin reservation.

All changes or cancellations for individual and group bookings must be submitted in writing to be valid.; Booking Change Policy; Changes to the sailing, departure date, cabin category, or promotion will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking, and fees will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.

The original discount benefits will not apply to the revised booking. The cabin fare available at the time of the new booking will apply.

Changes made within 14 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation, and a fee equal to 100% of the cabin fare will be charged.

After booking confirmation, changes to passenger information incur a fee of NT$1,000 per person. At least one passenger in the cabin must remain an original passenger on the booking; changing all passengers in a cabin will be treated as a cancellation.

Any costs incurred for cabin changes, downgrades, room replacements, departure date changes, cancellations, or other changes will be considered finalized and will not be refundable in the event of any subsequent itinerary change or cancellation due to force majeure.

If the itinerary includes public holidays, advance notice is required, and international cruise date-counting regulations must be followed.

Once a booking for certain sailings or special periods, including year-end, Lunar New Year, and holiday periods, has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations will incur a fee equal to 100% of the cabin fare.

For passenger safety and related matters, the cruise company reserves the right to screen passengers before allowing them to board.

Passengers with disabilities must notify us in advance. The cruise company may provide special assistance.

This is an individual trip with the option to depart alone. No Guide will accompany passengers in Taiwan. Passengers must complete boarding and immigration procedures themselves, with assistance and guidance from cruise staff.

Special requests must be made in advance. Cabin floors, numbers, layouts, and locations cannot be guaranteed, and accompanying passengers’ cabins may not be adjacent. Final cabin assignments are at the cruise company’s discretion.
