The Lestar Cruise exploration ship Star Navigator is a luxury cruise vessel equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Child policy
Infant Fare: Applies to infants aged 6 months to under 2 years traveling as the 3rd or 4th passenger and sharing a cabin with an adult. Onboard service fees are waived.

If the 3rd or 4th passenger in a cabin is an infant aged 6 months to under 2 years, submit the booking number and infant’s name via the official LINE account (@asiayo.com) at least 14 days before departure. Once verified, the 담당자 will process the refund.

No refund is available if the fare for the 3rd or 4th passenger on the sailing is lower than the infant fare.

The system cannot determine eligibility automatically. Even passengers who have submitted passport details must apply for the refund themselves.

Guests under 18 cannot participate alone. Each cabin must include at least one passenger aged 18 or over.

Single Occupancy
For single occupancy, reserve a double-occupancy cabin and pay the double-occupancy rate.
Important Notes
The entire itinerary is self-guided, and no Guide accompaniment service is provided.

All passengers must carry their original valid passports. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the cruise return date.

Cruise cabins are assigned based on bed occupancy. Please select a twin, triple, or quad room according to the number of guests in your reservation.

Pregnant passengers may board only if they are under 24 weeks pregnant on the boarding date.

Passengers with disabilities must be able to move independently or travel with a companion who can assist them throughout the entire itinerary. They must prepare and carry any necessary medication themselves.

A medical room and medical staff are available onboard. If a passenger requires medical treatment, reasonable medical charges may apply.

Entry and exit regulations related to military service are subject to the Taiwanese government’s current laws and regulations.

Prices are based on Taiwanese passport holders. Foreign passport holders must submit a copy of their employment certificate or residence permit when booking.

Visa and immigration laws may change. Be sure to check with the relevant embassy or consulate before departure.

An accurate passenger list, including passport copies, must be submitted when booking. This is required to reserve the cabin and secure the associated rights.

Some triple and quad rooms are available. Extra beds cannot be provided in any room. Please confirm the number of guests when booking; room changes are not allowed after the booking is completed.
Passport Information
Before booking, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months.

A scanned copy of the original passport must be submitted at least 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, valid passport details must be submitted immediately.
Booking Information & Reservation Policies
Price Eligibility: Available only to Taiwan passport holders. Guests traveling on foreign passports must submit a copy of their employment certificate or residence permit when making a reservation.

Reservation Guarantee: To secure the reservation and applicable booking benefits, travelers must provide the cabin deposit and an accurate passenger list, including passport copies, at the time of booking.

Actual Reservation Outcome: Reservations are subject to the cruise company’s confirmation. If the cabins are sold out or the reservation cannot be confirmed—for example, if a specific cabin category is unavailable, the requested cabin cannot be assigned, or cabin discounts change—the travel agency will refund the full deposit paid, without interest.

Contract Validity: The contract is considered concluded once the assigned cabin is confirmed and communicated by the person in charge. After the contract is concluded, itinerary changes and cancellations are not permitted. Unilateral cancellations or changes will incur change or cancellation fees in accordance with the contract terms.

Cabin Changes: If the originally booked cabin category must be changed due to insufficient availability, the change will be made only with the traveler’s consent. Any decrease in price will be refunded, while any increase must be paid by the traveler.
Cost and Schedule Changes
In the event of force majeure or severe weather, the cruise line reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary, schedule, vessel, or fares without prior notice.

If the cruise or port-of-call tours are canceled due to severe weather, refunds will be issued according to the cruise line’s announcement.

The itinerary may be adjusted at each port based on the actual operating time, without prior notice.
Booking, Changes, and Cancellations
A deposit is required for each guest when requesting a booking.

If the deposit or remaining balance is not paid, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel the room reservation.

Changes or cancellations to group or individual bookings must be submitted in writing.
Change Policy
Changes to the itinerary, departure date, room category, or promotion will be treated as a cancellation, and cancellation fees will apply. New bookings are subject to the room rates in effect at the time of booking.

Discounts applied to the original booking cannot be carried over after a change. The new rates will apply.

Changes made within 14 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation, and a 100% room cancellation fee will apply.

Changes to booking information after confirmation incur a fee of TWD 1,000 per person. At least one guest from the original booking must remain in each room; replacing all rooms will be treated as a cancellation.

Changes in the number of guests, room category downgrades, room changes, departure date changes, and cancellations made after booking are non-refundable.

Advance arrangements are required when the travel dates coincide with domestic or international public holidays.

Bookings for certain dates, including year-end, Lunar New Year, and public holidays, cannot be canceled after confirmation. Cancellations will incur a 100% room cancellation fee.
Passenger Safety and Other Information
The cruise line reserves the right to screen passengers for boarding.

Passengers with disabilities must notify us in advance so that special assistance can be arranged.

This itinerary can be booked by solo travelers, and no Guide is provided on the Taiwan side. Passengers are responsible for completing embarkation and immigration procedures themselves. Cruise staff will provide assistance at the port.

Special requests must be submitted in advance. The cabin floor, room number, layout, and location cannot be selected. Adjacent cabins for accompanying passengers are not guaranteed, and final cabin assignments are determined by the cruise line.

Facility information included in the itinerary is for reference only. No advance notice will be provided if facilities are added or closed. Please refer to the “World Class Information” provided daily by the cruise line.

In the event of force majeure or severe weather, the cruise line reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary, schedule, vessel, or fare without prior notice.

At each port of call, the itinerary may be adjusted according to the actual sailing schedule without prior notice.
