Additional Information & Notes
Important Notes
This is a free-travel itinerary throughout, and no Guide or tour escort service is provided.

All passengers must carry their valid original passports. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the cruise return date.

As all cruise cabins use existing beds, you must select a double, triple, or quadruple occupancy cabin according to the number of guests in your booking.

Infant fare: Infants aged 6 months to under 2 years are eligible only when staying in the same cabin as two adults in a triple or quadruple occupancy cabin. The cruise service fee is waived.

If a guest booked in a triple or quadruple occupancy cabin is an infant aged 6 months to under 2 years on the departure date, you must provide the booking number and infant’s name via the official LINE (@asiayo.com) at least 14 days before departure. Once the details are verified, the assigned representative will process the refund.

No refund will be issued if the triple or quadruple occupancy fare for the selected sailing is lower than the infant fare.

As the system does not determine eligibility automatically, even passengers who have submitted their passport information must apply for the refund themselves.

Guests under 18 years of age may not travel alone. Each cabin must include at least one adult aged 18 or over.

Pregnant guests must be less than 24 weeks pregnant on the boarding date.

Guests with disabilities must be able to care for themselves or travel with a companion who can assist them throughout the entire journey. Any required medication must be prepared and brought by the guest.

The cruise has a medical facility and medical staff. If medical treatment is required during the cruise, the cruise operator may charge reasonable medical expenses.

Military service-related immigration and departure regulations are subject to the requirements of government authorities or applicable laws. 【Reference: Ministry of the Interior Military Service Announcements】

The listed price applies only to holders of Taiwanese passports. Foreign passport holders must submit a copy of their work permit or residence permit at the time of booking to receive the discount.

Visa and immigration regulations may change by country. Before departure, check the latest entry requirements with the embassy or representative office of the relevant country. Entry requirements are based on announcements issued by the government of the destination country. 【Reference: Ministry of Foreign Affairs Consular Affairs Announcements】

Travelers must pay the cruise cabin reservation fee and provide an accurate passenger list (passport copies) at the time of contracting to secure their booking and entitlements.

The cruise offers a limited number of triple and quadruple occupancy cabins. However, no cabins offer extra-bed service. Please confirm the number of guests staying in the cabin when booking, as the cabin type cannot be changed after the reservation is completed.
Booking Information and Reservation Policies
Price eligibility: Available only to holders of Taiwanese passports. Travelers holding foreign passports must submit a copy of their employment certificate or residence permit when making a reservation.

Reservation guarantee: To secure the reservation and associated rights, travelers must provide the cabin deposit and an accurate passenger list (passport copies) at the time of booking.

Actual reservation outcome: Reservations are subject to confirmation from the cruise company. If the cabins are fully booked or the reservation cannot be confirmed (e.g., a specific cabin category is sold out, the requested cabin is unavailable, or cabin discounts change), the travel agency will refund the full deposit paid without interest.

Contract validity: The contract is concluded once the assigned cabin has been confirmed and communicated by the person in charge. After the contract is concluded, itinerary changes and cancellations are not permitted. Any unauthorized cancellation or change will incur a change fee or cancellation fee in accordance with the contract terms.

Cabin changes: If the originally booked cabin category must be changed because there are not enough cabins available during the reservation process, any decrease in price will be refunded with the traveler’s consent, while any increase must be paid by the traveler.
Cost and Schedule Changes
In the event of force majeure or severe weather, the cruise reserves the right to change or cancel the scheduled itinerary, times, vessel, or prices without prior notice.

If the cruise or port-of-call tours are canceled due to severe weather, the refund amount will be determined according to the cruise’s published notice.

The itinerary may be adjusted based on the actual operating time at each port, without prior notice.
Reservations, Changes, and Cancellations
A deposit is required for each guest when requesting a reservation.
If the deposit or balance remains unpaid, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the room reservation.
Changes or cancellations to group or individual reservations must be submitted in writing.
Change Policy
Changes to the itinerary, departure date, room category, or promotion will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and subject to cancellation fees. Any new booking will be charged at the room rate applicable at the time of rebooking.

Discounts from the original booking cannot be applied to changes. The applicable new rate will be charged.

Changes made within 14 days of departure will be treated as cancellations, and a 100% room cancellation fee will apply.

Changes to booking details after confirmation will incur a fee of TWD 1,000 per person. At least one guest from the original booking must remain in each room; replacing all rooms will be treated as a cancellation.

Changes in the number of guests, downgrades to the room category, room replacements, departure date changes, and cancellations made after booking are non-refundable.

If the booking period overlaps with domestic or international public holidays, advance arrangements are required.

For specific dates, including year-end, Lunar New Year, and public holidays, cancellations are not permitted after booking confirmation. If cancelled, a 100% room cancellation fee will apply.
Passenger Safety and Other Information
The cruise line reserves the right to screen and approve passengers for boarding.

Passengers with disabilities must notify us in advance so that special assistance can be arranged where possible.

This itinerary can operate with a minimum of one passenger and does not include a Guide on the Taiwan side. Passengers are responsible for completing boarding and immigration procedures themselves, with assistance from cruise staff available at the port.

Special requests must be made in advance. Specific cabin floors, room numbers, layouts, or locations cannot be requested. Adjacent cabins for accompanying passengers cannot be guaranteed, and final cabin assignments are determined by the cruise line.

Information about facilities included in the itinerary is for reference only. No advance notice will be provided if facilities are added or closed. The itinerary is based on the daily “World Class Information” provided by the cruise line.

In the event of force majeure or severe weather, the cruise line reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary, schedule, vessel, or fare without prior notice.

At each port of call, the itinerary may be adjusted according to the actual sailing schedule without prior notice.

The above booking cancellation policy and any changes will be applied in accordance with the cruise line’s policies. Please ensure that you fully understand these terms before completing your booking.
