Vehicle, driver, driver’s meals, vehicle insurance, and one infant car seat upon request (if installing the car seat exceeds the vehicle’s passenger capacity, an additional fee equivalent to the adult rate will apply).

You may coordinate the amount of time spent at each location with the driver on the day of the tour, within the total tour duration.
Average time: approximately 1 to 1.5 hours per location

*Meeting Information
Location: The driver will be waiting at the hotel’s main entrance on the first floor, facing the road.
If the hotel lobby is not located on the first floor or the hotel does not have a parking lot, the Meeting Point will be on the road outside the main entrance.
Multiple Meeting Points: An additional fee may apply if there are two or more Meeting Points. Please inquire in advance when making your booking.

*Tour Information
- The driver will assist with transportation, provide basic information about the locations of attractions, and help take simple photos. The driver will not accompany you inside attractions or provide professional tour commentary.
- On weekends, public holidays, and days with heavy tourist traffic, vehicle access near some attractions may be restricted due to local traffic controls and parking limitations. In such cases, you may be dropped off at an accessible location and need to walk part of the way.
- The time spent at each location and the order of the itinerary may change depending on traffic and conditions at the attractions on the day of the tour.

*Additional Time Charges (paid on-site)
Regular car: 300 TWD per 30 minutes / 600 TWD per hour
Van (large): 350 TWD per 30 minutes / 700 TWD per hour; 💸 Additional fees may apply depending on the Pick-up location.; Taichung Airport: An additional NT$500 per one-way trip

An additional fee applies to locations outside Taichung City, such as Sun Moon Lake, Nantou, and Chiayi. (The exact fee will be provided after confirming the Meeting Point address.)

If you need the driver’s contact details, please inquire via the 1:1 support board one day before departure. We will check and provide the information.

Location: Please wait outside the hotel, on the road in front of the first-floor entrance of the hotel specified in your booking.

Punctuality: Due to traffic and parking restrictions on the road in front of the hotel, the driver may not be able to wait or park for an extended period. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth departure.
Itinerary Order: The order of the destinations may be adjusted for efficiency depending on local traffic and weather conditions.; 🙌 Please note: A guide to tipping etiquette; Tipping is not mandatory in Taiwan, but many guests choose to offer a tip as a token of appreciation to the driver for their safe driving and assistance throughout the tour.

If you enjoyed the tour, we would appreciate it if you could give the driver a tip of around 200–500TWD per team directly.

Tipping is entirely optional, but it serves as meaningful encouragement and support for the driver. 😊
