After getting off, cars, motorcycles, and city buses will continue to pass through the area. Please check your surroundings carefully and move around safely.
Be sure to confirm the meeting time and location provided by your Guide.
If you leave the tour before it ends, the tour will conclude once the final settlement with your Guide is complete. Any plans after that will be at your own arrangement. - ⚠️ Information on Purchasing Travel Insurance in Taiwan
-
Taiwan local one-day travel insurance is mandatory. Coverage applies only to vehicle accidents that occur during the scheduled tour hours on the day of participation, as well as injuries or death resulting from such accidents. (Loss of or damage to personal belongings is not covered.)
The required information for insurance enrollment, including your name in English and Korean, passport number, and date of birth, must be provided at least 2 business days before the participation date, or 3 days in advance if weekends or public holidays are included.
Insurance enrollment is not available on weekends, public holidays, or the day of the event.
If any required information is missing or not provided by the deadline, local travel insurance cannot be arranged. Please understand that the local Taiwan ground operator is not responsible for any resulting disadvantages.
Claims under Taiwan local travel insurance are processed based on the original medical certificate and hospital receipts issued after receiving treatment at a local medical institution in Taiwan on the day of the accident. Whether compensation is paid will be determined following a review in accordance with Taiwan’s insurance regulations.
If you do not receive treatment at a local medical institution in Taiwan on the day of the accident, you may be unable to file an insurance claim later. Please make sure to seek medical attention that day.
The payment schedule may vary depending on the insurer’s assessment, but the process generally takes at least 3 weeks.
Coverage under local travel insurance may differ from that of overseas travel insurance purchased in Korea. We recommend purchasing separate overseas travel insurance in Korea. - 🧳 Luggage Information
-
Each guest may bring one 26-inch suitcase and one small bag that can be placed on their lap.
If you are bringing a suitcase, please contact us in advance.
If the luggage exceeds the available storage space, it cannot be loaded and no refund will be provided.
Large items such as strollers, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be loaded. - 👥 Vehicle and Seating Information
-
Depending on the number of participants, you will be assigned either a medium-sized bus or a large bus on the day of the tour.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and seats cannot be reserved. - 💡 Additional Information
-
Infants and children are included in the passenger count.
Baby seats are not provided. If needed, please bring your own.
If you leave the tour midway, the tour will end once the final payment has been settled with the Guide. Any remaining activities will be part of your own individual itinerary. - 🙌 What about tips?
-
Since tipping may not be customary for everyone, deciding how much to give can be difficult.
Tipping is not required in Taiwan, but some guests choose to give the driver and Guide a small tip as a token of appreciation. If you enjoyed the tour, TWD 100–300 per group is a suitable amount.
