Important Notes and Information
▶One person may use the ticket when traveling alone.
▶This pass is valid for use on the day of activation. It is activated immediately when you pass through the MRT ticket gate and allows unlimited rides, with no restrictions on the number of rides or distance, until the end of MRT service that day.
▶Lost or damaged ticket cards cannot be reported or reissued.
▶Valid on the Taipei and New Taipei MRT systems. Excludes the Danhai LRT, Ankeng LRT, and Taoyuan Airport MRT.
▶If you experience any issues using your ticket card, please contact the information desk at any Taipei MRT or New Taipei MRT Circular Line station.

- Child policy
- Infants : 0~100cm / Children : 101~114cm / Adults : 115cm~
- Children under 6 years old or 115cm or shorter can ride free of charge after presenting their passport for verification at the site. Children who meet these requirements must bring their passport when using the pass.

Present your e-voucher (QR Code) to staff at the ticket inspection counter (ticket office) to exchange it for a physical ticket (card).

Scan the card at the ticket gate to activate it. It will remain valid for the selected consecutive period.
When entering the station, tap the physical card on the designated scanning area. Once you hear the notification sound and a green passage arrow appears on the screen, the gate will open. Use the same method when exiting.
The card can be used on the day of activation. It is activated immediately after you pass through the MRT ticket gate and can be used for unlimited rides, regardless of the number of trips or distance, until the end of that day’s operating hours. Each ride is valid for one person.
