Take the Muzha (木柵) Line and get off directly at Taipei Zoo Station.
Home to more than 400 species, it is the largest zoo in Southeast Asia.
Simply scan the QR code on your voucher at the entrance for quick and easy admission.

Taipei Zoo is closed on Lunar New Year’s Eve and for several days in late June. Please check the closure dates via the 1:1 inquiry board before departing.

- Infants : 0~5age / Children : 6~11age / Adults : 12age~
- Children under 6 enter free of charge. Guests aged 6–11 using a child’s discounted ticket must present their passport at the front desk to enter.

【Ticket Machine at the Zoo Main Entrance】
Scan the QR code at the automatic ticket machine at the online ticket exchange counter at the main entrance and exchange it for a paper ticket. Enter the station, present the paper ticket to a staff member, and board.

【Ticket Machine at the Zoo South Station Entrance】
Scan the QR code at the automatic ticket machine at the South Station entrance and exchange it for a paper ticket. Present the paper ticket to a staff member to enter.

After scanning the QR code and exchanging it for a zoo admission ticket, you may enter the zoo on the same day only.
- Additional Information & Notes
- Smoking is prohibited at this venue. Violators may be fined up to NT$10000 starting July 11, 2009.
- Pets and balloons are not allowed.
- Bicycles, children’s tricycles, skateboards, inline skates, and similar items are not permitted.
- Do not climb over railings or enter animal enclosures.
- Access to work areas and the safari bus route is prohibited.
- Feeding the animals is prohibited.
- Feeding the animals without authorization or otherwise compromising their welfare is strictly prohibited.

Any behavior that infringes on other visitors’ rights or diminishes their viewing experience is prohibited.
Taipei Zoo is integrated with the natural landscape and is home to many wild animals and insects. -
Due to mosquitoes, we recommend wearing breathable long-sleeved shirts and long pants.
Comfortable walking shoes are also recommended for exploring the zoo.
Please bring your own sunscreen and mosquito repellent if needed. - Flash photography is prohibited in indoor exhibit areas, including the Panda House (Shin Kong Special Exhibition Hall), Koala House, Amphibian and Reptile House, and Nursery Corridor.
