Important Information
Each piece of luggage requires a separate service reservation and cannot be combined for delivery. For example, if a backpack is attached to a suitcase, please book the service for two pieces.
Luggage pickup is available from hotels in Taipei City and select areas of New Taipei City.
[Pickup and delivery are available in Banqiao, Xinzhuang, Luzhou, Sanchong, Zhonghe, and Yonghe in New Taipei City.]
▶ Please do not pack prohibited items under airport regulations or valuables in your luggage. We are not responsible for lost items.
▶After handing over your luggage, please take a photo of it and send it to Mr. Luggage via KakaoTalk at [KakaoTalk ID: mrluggage].
When your luggage arrives, the baggage handler, “Mr. Luggage,” will contact you via KakaoTalk. Please be sure to check your messages.

2. To receive your luggage at the destination hotel before 21:00 the same day, please leave it at the departure hotel by 11:00.

2. To receive your luggage at the hotel between 13:00 and 23:00 on the same day, you must drop it off at the airport by 18:00.
