Monkeytravel[TOTO Booking Co., Ltd.] registration is a simple and safe process with the minimum required steps. Non-members can freely search and view products, but they cannot earn points.

Click the homepage top menu to search for products by category, or enter the product name directly in the search box to quickly find the desired product.

Select the date, number of people, and options on the product detail page, and click the [Book] button. You can also check the free cancellation and important information. If you want to book multiple products at once, you can also use the cart.

Enter the information required for the reservation. Members will automatically load the information, and non-members can also reserve with just a simple contact information input.

Select the payment method you want and complete the payment. The payment is conducted in a secure security environment, and the reservation is received immediately after completion.
If you close the payment window or fail to pay during the payment process, you can continue the payment in the reservation history.

After the payment is completed, the reservation is requested to the product operation company. It is usually confirmed within 30 minutes, but it may take a little longer depending on the situation.
The payment does not guarantee the reservation confirmation. If the reservation cannot be confirmed due to the reservation deadline or other reasons, the full refund will be provided.

Once the reservation is confirmed, we will receive confirmation of the Voucher from the company and send it to the members who made the reservation by notification message and email. The 'Voucher' button will be activated in the reservation history. Please make sure that all the reservation information displayed on the Voucher is correct.
