- What Is Kawasan Canyoning?

This tour takes you to Kawasan Falls, about four hours from Cebu City.
Kawasan is famous as the only place in the Philippines where you can go canyoning. Enjoy stunning scenery and an exhilarating extreme-sports experience.
Canyoning at Kawasan Falls lasts around 3 to 3.5 hours, led by a local Guide with an official certification.
The tour follows the Badian course, also known as the full course. First, you’ll arrive at the canyoning office, then ride a motorcycle to the activity site.
Add the zipline option to cover a 30-minute trekking route in just one minute. Choose this optional add-on for an extra thrill!
Canyoning is an extreme sport, so please take special care to stay safe. Your Guide will accompany you, but failing to follow safety precautions could lead to a serious accident. Be careful at all times, and only take on the activity if you feel up to it that day.
After canyoning, enjoy a set lunch with a piece of chicken, lumpia, mango, rice, pancit, and Shin Ramyun. Lunch is sure to taste especially good after your adventure!
After lunch, take a quick shower and board the vehicle back to your accommodation. Pick-up and Drop-off are available in your preferred areas of Mactan and Cebu.

Children may join the canyoning tour, but if an accident occurs, we’ll do our best to assist. However, we cannot cover medical expenses or provide additional compensation.
The tour is open to children aged 7 and older who are at least 4 ft (approximately 125 cm) tall. Please note that participation may be restricted if these requirements are not met upon arrival. - Please be sure to check this!

1. Please bring aqua shoes with thick, non-slip soles. Aqua shoes are available to rent on-site, but their poor quality may pose a safety risk. You cannot join the tour without aqua shoes.
2. Your insurance may not cover canyoning tours. Because canyoning involves extreme activities such as cliff diving and climbing, it may be excluded from coverage depending on your policy. You must purchase personal travel insurance and carefully review its terms and conditions.
3. Compensation cannot be provided in the event of an accident. We will do our best to assist you if an accident occurs, but we cannot cover medical expenses or provide additional compensation.
4. Pay close attention to the Guide’s safety briefing and follow their instructions. Most accidents are caused by individual carelessness. Please listen carefully to the Guide’s safety briefing before the tour begins and follow all instructions.
5. Do not act independently during the tour. During the canyoning tour, you must follow the Guide and must not move around on your own or do anything that goes against the instructions. Follow the correct diving form and rules. If you do not follow the instructions, the Guide may end your tour early. In this case, the tour fee is non-refundable.

If you would like to use a diving suit, please leave a request when booking.
Diving suits are provided free of charge for Kawasan Canyoning only. Sizes may run slightly small or large, and there may not be enough suits in every size for all participants.
As diving suits are provided as a complimentary service, we’re unable to accept complaints regarding their fit or availability. Thank you for your understanding.
What’s not included

- Breakfast
As the tour departs early, we’ll stop at a Jollibee or another place along the way so you can have a quick breakfast. Breakfast is not included in the tour price, so please bring some spending money.
If you’d prefer not to stop for breakfast, you can head straight to Kawasan. Please let your Guide know directly.
- What to Bring
- Please bring and wear a swimsuit. Be sure to pack your personal toiletries and a towel. We also recommend bringing a change of clothes, an extra towel, and a waterproof pouch.
- Child policy
- This is a long-distance tour with more than 8 hours of total travel time by vehicle. It may not be suitable for young children or elderly guests who may find the physical demands difficult.

✅ Please make sure to take all personal belongings, accessories, wallets, and other valuables with you when getting on or off vehicles and boats.
✅ Tour schedules may change depending on road and traffic conditions.
✅ Accidents can occur during tours and water activities. Please follow all safety instructions and wear the required safety equipment.
✅ Canyoning is a high-risk activity that includes cliff diving and trekking. Please take extra care to protect your personal safety.
✅ No compensation will be provided for accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
✅ Although this has not happened before, underwater filming may occasionally result in lost photos due to an issue with the SD card or camera. Action-camera filming is provided as a complimentary service, so we cannot accept complaints in such cases. Thank you for your understanding.
✅ Canyoning site cleaning is usually scheduled for the third or fourth Wednesday of each month. As the schedule can only be confirmed on the day, cleaning may also take place on a random date in accordance with government guidelines, and the site may be unavailable to visitors. Please avoid booking on Wednesdays, which are cleaning days.
