Check-in method
Upon arrival, proceed to the reception area. You will likely need to provide your reservation details and pay for your green fees, cart fees, and caddie fees. Original Voucher must presented . It's best to arrive at least 30 minutes to an hour before your scheduled tee time. Proper dress code . Golf Bag: Be prepared to have your golf bag tagged with your name before you play.
Caddy tip
Caddie tips are not included at this golf course. The recommended caddie tip is 300 PHP per 18 holes. You are welcome to give more depending on your satisfaction with the service.
Gallery rules
This golf course does not allow gallery.
Adult only allowed for Gallery and should pay same as the player. Golf courses can be dangerous for non-players due to flying golf balls specially for the children

Other notes
Outside beverages and food are not allowed on the course. Please refrain from bringing them in, as it may lead to inconvenient situations if caught.

For groups of 1-2 players, you may be paired with other golfers depending on the situation at the course.

Bad weather rules
Before you go to the golf course
Even if it rains, you must go to the golf course.
If you don't arrive at the scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show. (Please inform the pro shop that you have arrived at the golf course to prevent no-shows.)
If the rain stops during the waiting period, the round will continue, and if it continues to rain, the golf course regulations will determine whether to issue a rain check (voucher) or refund.
Be careful! If the golf course determines that it is possible to play even if it rains, it may be difficult to get a refund or a voucher.
During your round of golf
In most cases, it is difficult to get a refund if the round is interrupted by rain after the round has started.
Some golf courses may issue a rain check (voucher) or partially refund based on the number of holes played.

You must request and receive it directly from the golf course.

Refund Conditions and Cautions
If the golf course tells you that you can get a refund, please check the name of the employee and contact us through the 1:1 board.
Some golf course staff may say 'you can cancel' but when you check, they say 'you can cancel but you can't get a refund'.
Please leave the name of the employee and your contact information so that we can check if the information you received is correct and reply to you.
You must not leave the golf course until you receive our reply.
